Maybe most of us are not aware of the benefits of a good sleep some deemed sleep as necessary, or they just like to sleep. But what we don’t know is that a lot of body functions are very active during our deep sleep.  Our brain goes to rest or a vacation when we go to sleep and as a result it builds up the energy that we lost during our activities during the day.
