Hot flash

Hot flashes makes a woman feel hot particularly in the neck and the head accompanied with sweating, dizziness, headaches, heart palpitations, nausea and anxiety. The face flushes and it becomes red. A mild attack may last only for a few seconds, but a severe one can last as long as an hour. It begins just earlier to menopause in most women; most of them are rid of it when they complete the process, but for some it continues well into old age.
