Insomnia
Most of the people who suffer from insomnia take sleep aids to help themselves to sleep. People tend to turn first on sleep aid when they suffer from sleep disorders, either it's a prescribe one or bought over the counter. Most of the insomnia sufferers don't know that these sleep medications does not really cure sleeping disorders such as insomnia and often does more damage than good.
It was then concluded that people who suffers insomnia are better off without sleeping pills and that insomnia is as much a psychological disruption as much as a physical. But this was not a breakthrough experiment as most educated doctors who know the negative effects of pills are unwilling to prescribe them. However, this only applies to the smaller percentage of doctors.
